In the wake of the devastating crisis that began on February 24, 2022, when Ukraine faced war tragedy, and destruction, a group of compassionate individuals stepped up to make a difference. Among them were Krystyna Laukien, Yuliia Faist, Anna Mehrabi, Anirays Comino, and Natalia Lopez. Witnessing the horrific destruction of their birth country for three of them and the plight of countless Ukrainians left without food, shelter, or basic necessities, they united their forces to establish the volunteer-led effort 'Miami Loves Ukraine.' This initiative rallied the Miami community and harnessed resources to provide essential assistance to Ukrainian families struggling to survive. This initiative found a home within the POWER OF GOODNESS INC nonprofit organization, with the mission to provide urgent humanitarian, medical, emotional, and educational support to first responders and war victims in Ukraine, with a particular focus on their medical and survival needs.

She is a committed volunteer and supporter of numerous charitable organizations and causes, including the Global Empowerment Mission, Little Lighthouse Foundation, Angels of Humanity, Big Brothers Big Sisters, the Chapman foundation, and others.

Yuliia Faist is the Founder and Treasurer of Power of Goodness, as well as a Coordinator for Miami Loves Ukraine. She is also a TV Host, Philanthropist, Financial Manager, and was crowned Mrs. Ukraine International 2021. Actively volunteers and advocates for education, particularly focusing on underprivileged women and children, through

Anna Mehrabi is the Founder and Secretary of Power of Goodness. She supports anti-human trafficking initiatives both locally and globally through the Mehrabi family’s charitable organization, the Banu Foundation. Actively involved in Miami community events, she focuses on raising awareness and funds to critical issues, currently concentrated on providing relief to victims of the war in Ukraine.
